Terms of Use of Online Service Accounts (Sample Agreement)
 

1. Introduction

1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal document that sets forth the terms of use of accounts for online services sold by the store.
1.2. The user who purchases an account agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the user does not agree to the terms, he must immediately stop using the account and contact the store for a refund.

2. Using Accounts
2.1. The accounts sold by the store are personal and cannot be transferred to other users.

2.2. The user undertakes not to use the account for any illegal purposes.

3. Store Obligations

3.1. The store guarantees the functionality of the account. The product verification time is 10 minutes from the moment of purchase. The verification is carried out exclusively manually, with the video turned on from the moment of purchase, without the use of third-party software. Private (preferably mobile) proxies and clean 1:1 user agents must be used during verification.

3.2. If the account does not work, the store guarantees its replacement.

4. Customer Obligations
4.1. The customer undertakes to check the purchased account within 10 minutes from the moment of purchase.

4.2. If the customer discovers that the account is not working during this period, he can contact the store to replace the account.

4.3. If the customer does not discover any deficiencies in the account within 10 minutes, he confirms that the account is working correctly and fully satisfies his requirements.
